បញ្ជីសារធាតុគីមី PRTR

ចាប់តាំងពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជាទើបតែចាប់ផ្តើមការរចនាប្រព័ន្ធ PRTR ហើយសមត្ថភាពត្រូវបានកំណត់មិនមែនគ្រប់សារធាតុគីមីទាំងអស់ដែលមាននៅក្នុងពិធីសារ Kiev ត្រូវបានរាយការណ៍នៅក្នុងដំណាក់កាលដំបូងឡើយ។ សារធាតុគីមីដែលត្រូវបានរាយការណ៍នៅដំណាក់កាលដំបូងគឺជាសារធាតុគីមីដែលមានលក្ខណៈវិនិច្ឆ័យដូចខាងក្រោម: ការពុលភាពអត់ធ្មត់ជីវកម្ពុជាសារធាតុពុលបង្កមហារីកការផលិតបន្តពូជឬការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រព័ន្ធប្រសាទប្រសាទនិងការដឹកជញ្ជូនឆ្លងកាត់និងការប៉ះពាល់។ លើសពីនេះទៀតសារធាតុគីមីដែលមានប្រធានបទសម្រាប់ការរាយការណ៍នៅក្រោមអនុសញ្ញានិងពិធីសារអន្តរជាតិក៏នឹងត្រូវបានរួមបញ្ចូលក្នុងដំណាក់កាលដំបូងនៃការអនុវត្តប្រព័ន្ធ PRTR នៅកម្ពុជា។ ដូច្នេះសារធាតុគីមីដែលគួរតែត្រូវបានដោះស្រាយក្នុងដំណាក់កាលដំបូងនេះគឺ:
